My HP OfficeJet 4650 will print a test page, but it won't print an order from the computer. It jams...over and over, no matter what adjustments I have tried.

I see you are experiencing Paper Jam issues with the HP OfficeJet 4650 All-In-One Printer. 

I have a few recommendations 

• On the printer control panel, go to Setup > Tools > Restore factory defaults. This will clear all the settings on the printer.
