HP Smart always reports as "low on paper"

Hello, 

 

Is there any error message on the printer OR blinking lights ? 

If "No", then i'd suggest you to uninstall the HP Smart App and then install it using the below url..

Envy 6022 printer - Un-installed and re-installed HP  Smart twice - still get error message "needs attention and "low on paper" despite filling paper tray completely. Prints ok despite warning.  More annoying than problematic.
