Warranty expiring in 11 days, but Virtual Assistant after asking many question but still back to Feedback or ask Virtual Assistant again. any direct solution that can chat with? like what is the repairing cost if cannot solve from Virtual assistant questionaires?

can HP directly contact for the issue, as we may not know how to ask the question that the AI can understand.

 

My Printer show '' paper empty in tray" even I load paper even restart after few minutes.
