In many cases when you get a fuser wrap it is because the fuser is approaching end of life and the rollers in the fuser cause the paper to stick. The only way to determine is to remove the fuser from the printer to remove the paper jam and then try printing again. Some jams are just so severe they cannot be removed without major intervention. Check Youtube as there are often videos of how to remove fusers from printers or try to locate a service manual. There are sites that post them but we cannot post them here as they violate HP terms of service.
