OfficeJet Pro 9018 All-in-One

I have a paper jam deep in my HP OfficeJet Pro 9018 All-in-One.  Some instructions say to open the back, but I see no way to do that.  Other instructions say open the ink cartridge door (I did that) and then pull up the glass cover to access the inside of the printer, but I can't do that - that cover seems stuck, and I'm afraid of breaking the printer if I pull up too hard.  I've tried searching everywhere for some sort of button or latch to free the glass cover but I can't find anything.  Help.  Thanks.

When you open an ink cartridge door you must lift the glass cover and document feeder together at the same time. If the document feeder is lifted first the glass cover is locked.
