cardstock won't feed completely.

all of. suddenly, after doing this fine, my printer will not "feed" 80 lb cardstock.  It picks up the paper and partly sends it, then makes a squeaky sound (like it needs oil!) as it attempts to send the card stock into the printing area, and then jams.  The printer then "prints" the document but the card stock stays jammed.  I have cleaned all the wheels, and just can't figure it out.

Does this only happen with cardstock? Was it printing well before?

Let's try to reset the Printer here:

Reset the product

• With the printer turned on, disconnect the power cord from the rear of the printer.
• Unplug the power cord from the wall outlet.
• Wait at least 60 seconds.
• Plug the power cord back into the wall outlet.
• Reconnect the power cord to the printer.
• Turn the printer on. HP recommends plugging the printer directly into a wall outlet.

Also, try connecting the Printer to a different wall outlet directly.
