Laser Jet Pro 200 color MFP M276nw

Every time I print I get the same error message after 1 page. The page completely prints and gets 90% out and just stops. I have to open the rear door, pull the paper out and restart the printer because the error never clears. I can't figure out why it wont clear the first page. Is there an issue with the roller? can i replace it? I have only seen the roller for the top document feeder.  Please help

When the printer goes to print, does it immediately pickup the paper or do you hear the mechanism cycle a couple of times? It is quite possible that a worn or dirty pickup roller is causing a delayed pickup of paper and that will cause the printer to stop. Plenty of videos on youtube on how to clean or change the roller.
