d110 printer won't grab paper

Photosmart D110 won't grab paper
I inherited a D110 that wasn't grabbing the paper very well. I would push the end of the paper to where it grabbed, but now it won't grab at all. I am using fresh paper, piled 12 pages high, have cleaned every roller I can find. Price of repair in my area (Honolulu) equals what I could get a new one on Amazon and I was hoping to use up the ink.  I am grateful for any suggestions.

I understand the printer is not picking the paper.

Kindly perform the steps mentioned in this document - 'Out of Paper' Error Message and the Printer Does Not Pick Up or Feed Paper

Check if the paper is loaded correctly. Adjust the paper width guide.

If the issue persists, I'm afraid this is a hardware failure.
