difficulty printing card stock

Laser Jet Enterprise 700 M775dn

We are trying to print the names of the office personnel on Christmas cards and it will not feed through. It says paper jammed. Is there a setting that can be used to help with this?

Look for your paper type - check the supported weight range

 

Select Paper Types

Windows - Page 91

MacOS - Page 104

 

 

Embedded Web Server (EWS)

Starting on Page 208

 

Open your favorite browser > type / enter Printer IP address into URL / Address bar

and

HP Embedded Web Server Copy/Print tab - Page 210

Other considerations:

After the paper is loaded, make sure you set / check the Tray settings in EWS

The software / application you are using makes a difference in how you confirm / set the Media (paper type) and Paper Size.
