Hi I am trying to find out IF I can use this printer to print directly on my stand up pouches for my dog treat business.

I am currently using the black matte bags now with stickers but I was wondering if i could print directly on them or IF the kraft paper type would work?

To assist better:

  • May I have the exact serial number of the product model? Refer to this document for steps to find the product details. Do not share your personal information such as serial, phone number, email ID, etc. In public

    Please share the serial No in the Private 

    To access your private messages, click the private message icon on the upper right corner of your HP Support Community profile, next to your profile Name or simply click on this link.
