Meanwhile, you may try these
Check the Paper and Reload It Properly
- Remove the stack of paper from the tray.
- Fan out the edges to prevent pages from sticking together.
- Inspect the paper for damage (wrinkled, damp, or curled sheets can cause issues).
- Load a fresh stack of paper and make sure it sits correctly against the paper guides.
- Adjust the guides snugly against the paper without making them too tight.
Check the Paper Type and Size Settings
- Ensure you are using the correct type and size of paper supported by your printer.
- On the printer’s display or software settings, verify that the paper size matches what is loaded.
Reset the Printer
- Turn off the printer, unplug it from power, and wait for about 60 seconds.
- Plug it back in and power it on.
- Try printing again.
Update or Reinstall Printer Firmware and Drivers
- Visit the manufacturer’s website and check for firmware or driver updates for your printer.
- Install any available updates and restart your computer and printer.
