If it is the case that you're trying to fix a "Carriage Jam" error in your HP OfficeJet Pro 9015 All-In-One Printer, here is a nice YouTube tutorial for that: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=wY1QD4VEtLg&ab_channel=KevinatBCH

 

The printer manual (http://h10032.www1.hp.com/ctg/Manual/c06220009.pdf) is somewhat lacking to address issues like this, I'm afraid.
