Product: HP ENVY 6430e All-in-One Printer

in tracking down a rogue piece of paper, i followed the due process and unexpectedly, the duplex roller came out.  i cannot get it back in... and am wary of forcing it.  i get one side in place but then not the other, and trying to put it in so both ends go down doesn't seem to work.

this is a fairly new printer, but of course, out of warranty now, and I don't print much. it just decided to tear a sheet and hence the problem
