I have problem of my Color Laser Jet Printer CP2025. When i give the printing command to printer its show the message in screen printing and trying but pickup roller not rotate and continuous moving but not printing and any error on display screen.
When i try to report of configuration or any report printing it still trying but pickup roller not moving and no any error show.
I also update its firmware but problem still. Also restore default setting butt problem still.
If have any solution kindly guide me.

Just to confirm, the pickup roller does not turn or does not grab paper when it turns. Most printers of this age will have a pickup roller that is badly worn and likely just slips on the paper.
Part number for the roller is RM1-4426-000CN and you will find videos on Youtube on how to change it.
