Try this: https://support.hp.com/us-en/document/ish_1689737-1117576-16?q=13.09.03

Andr-1611 Thank you for your suggestion. I had previously tried the https://support.hp.com/us-en/document/ish_1689737-1117576-16?q=13.09.03  and it did not help.  I have taken the printer back to factory settings and that did not work.  I have cleaned the printer per c06593291.pdf (hp.com).  The printer is less than a 6 months old.

@Adik58

then the printer is still under warranty.

Like I said this is a hardware issue and the printer needs to be serviced. Please contact HP support team in your region for help.

Thanks for understanding!

Hope this helps!
