i need end of life for laserjet 1020 printer buying new printer . our procurement team is asking the end of support or end of life report. so kindy suggest. the printer having lot of issues and also having physical damage also.

I only have access to end of life for Commercial products but based on the release date of the product, it is safe to assume that if it is not already end of service life it will be soon. Typically you are looking at a maximum of 5 years after product is discontinued for to reach EOSL status.
Also confirm this is the printer you are speaking of as they have released a new Tank series product with the same model number.
