Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)
I am having a very difficult time. I have torn pieces of paper under a roller inside printer. HELP!!!!

Use a sheet of thicker paper and try to print on it, a thicker paper will push out torn leftovers.

You need to open the top cover and scanner at the same time, if you open the scanner first top cover is locked.
