Product: Example:office jet pro 9015 Pavilion 6530

Lid will not open on officejet pro 9015. I opened it once to fix a paper jam now it is stuck

Check for any obstructions or damages. Check the hinge if it is intact. 

 

Open the front door, and then lift the ink cartridge access door.

To know how to lift the top lid and to remove paper jams, kindly refer to - Paper Jam Error

 

If the issue persists, it could be a hardware issue. Please reach out to the HP Technical Support team in your region regarding the service options for your printer. 

You may create a case on the website to obtain a case number if required. Kindly watch this video to know how.
