Hi @brandyalexandra,

Welcome to the HP Support Community!

Thanks for reaching out about your query regarding your printer!

We're thrilled to have the opportunity to assist you and provide a solution.

First, check for any paper jams by opening the ADF cover and looking for small pieces of paper. Remove any debris carefully.

Next, clean the ADF rollers. Turn off the printer, unplug it, and open the ADF cover. Use a lint-free cloth with distilled water or isopropyl alcohol to clean the rollers. Let them dry completely before closing the cover.

Ensure the paper is loaded correctly by fanning the paper stack before loading it. Adjust the paper guides so they lightly touch the paper but aren’t too tight.

If the rollers look worn out or cracked, they may need replacement. You can order new rollers from HP’s website or a printer parts supplier.

Try resetting the printer by turning it off and unplugging it for 60 seconds. Plug it back in and turn it on.

Let me know if you need more help! 😊
