HP Recommended

Have a ml-s3710a extra paper tray attached to my ml-3710nd  printer and for some reason it is showing full paper even when empty and keeps saying that there is no paper in the unit even when full.

Have spoken with supplier but he has no eidea and is sending a replacement unit but I would like to see if any on has any idea's about what is going on.
