Operating System: Microsoft Windows 11

I have an HP OfficeJet Pro 9015E printer. Have never had any problems until today. I was printing on regular computer paper and then switching to envelopes when the printer started to jam. Now, I cannot get it to stop jamming regardless of what I put into the computer. Please assist. Thank you.
