Hi @jomark63,

Welcome to The HP Support Community.

Thank you for posting your query, I will be glad to help you.

I understand you are facing an issue with your HP OfficeJet Pro 9015 All-in-One Printer keeps reporting a jam that you can't find. Here are a few steps you might try to resolve the issue:

Check All Areas Thoroughly: Double-check all possible jam locations, including:

  • The input tray
  • The output tray
  • The duplexer (if your model has one)
  • The area around the printhead and cartridges

Remove and Reinsert Cartridges: Sometimes, removing and reinserting the ink cartridges can help. Make sure they're properly seated.

Inspect the Paper Path: Look for any small pieces of paper or debris that might be obstructing the paper path.

Reset the Printer: Perform a hard reset by turning off the printer, unplugging it from the power source, waiting for about 60 seconds, and then plugging it back in and turning it on.

Update Firmware: Ensure that your printer's firmware is up to date. Check HP's website or the HP Smart app for any available updates. Update the firmware on an HP printer

Run Printer Diagnostics: Use the HP Smart app or the printer’s built-in diagnostics to see if it detects any issues.

Check for Obstructions: Ensure that nothing is blocking or restricting the movement of the paper feed rollers or the printhead assembly.

Clean the Rollers: Gently clean the rollers with a lint-free cloth and a small amount of water if they appear dirty.

I hope this helps.

Take care and have a good day.
