Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (32-bit)
This is a brand new Envy 6000 printer. I just set it up and when I try to print, I get E4 error paper jam. I have checked for paper jam but there is none. I just it off and reset. Still get the E4 message. help

These videos were created by HP support.
Possibly one or more of them might be useful. Look at an unboxing video and see if you can spot something different like a piece of tape or paper that was not removed.
If one of them works for you please come back and let us know.
