Nothing will print after I had a paper jam.  I've run all the diagnostic tests, when I do a test print all I get are black roller bar marks.

One file attempted to print and only printed about 1/8 of an inch.

I've unplugged it several times.

the green bar on the screen--at the top.....is grey
