Hi @cerrone,
Welcome to HP Support Community.
Thank you for posting your query, I will be glad to help you.
If you have a paper jam below the toner cartridge area, you should follow these steps to release it.
- Turn off your printer and unplug it from the power source.
- Open the front cover of your printer and remove the toner cartridge.
- Gently pull out any visible stuck paper from the printer.
- If the paper is torn or you can't remove it, use a pair of tweezers or pliers to carefully remove any remaining pieces of paper.
- Check the paper tray for any loose or misaligned paper and remove it.
- Reinstall the toner cartridge and close the front cover.
- Plug in your printer and turn it on.
- Try printing a test page to ensure that the issue is resolved.
I hope this helps.
Take care and have a good day.
