Paper jam message appears when trying print photos or envelopes on my HP C8180. Have checked and there is no paper jammed in machine. Prints ok using ordinary paper. Machine picks up from tray and takes to rollers then stops and message appears saying clear paper jam.

Followed steps in link. Whether the printer firmware has updated I don't know, but still cannot print envelopes or photos. Also the size of envelope I print is not listed. Put the envelope size in as a custom option but still not printing.
