Product: hp colour laserjet m254
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Hi, my printer is saying jam in print paper path open rear door and clear jam. I have looked and there is no paper jam , i have even tried resetting the printer to try and over ride the error message, but even that is not working.  Any ideas on how to fix this error please ? as my son needs the printer for his home schooling.
