I cleared a paper jam on my 4215 HP All in One Printer but the message persists and I cannot continue printing. Ideas?

If you have already performed the steps from document A 'Paper Jam' Error Displays on the HP Officejet 4215 and 4250 All-in-One Printer Series and the issue persists, it could be a hardware failure.
