Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I have a Photosmart C4780 printer. I had a paper jam. I removed the back and cleared the paper jam. Now, whenever I try to print the paper jams. I have looked down the printer with a flash light and don't see any obstruction.

Also, when I power on the printer, it attempts to feed a piece of paper, but it stops no more than 1/4 of the way through. It has never attempted to feed  paper on power up; much less stop in the process,

I have checked the rollers and slide the cartridge bay back and forth. I have unplugged the power cord from the printer for several minutes. I have tried different stacks of paper. The paper does not appear to be wrinkled or anything.  What is going on? How do I fix it?
