Where in the printer does the jam occur. One of the most common causes we see is a worn pickup roller that does not grab paper properly. Remove the paper tray and look at the grey roller in the left side of the paper tray cavity. It should have small finger print like ridges on it and be a consistent color. If smooth, replace, if dirty you can try cleaning with a damp lint free cloth. If you can post back exactly where the jam is I might be able to provide more details.
