Product: HP ENVY 6055 All-In-One Printer
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)
Out of the blue... the paper is not feeding properly. It goes through okay, meaning no jams, but it seems to not pull the paper forward enough before it starts printing, thereby the first 1/2 inch of the document words do not get printed onto the paper. I have checked everything in the "help" options, cleaned etc. I don't print to much, just a home body printing letters etc. so the printer is not used but maybe 50 pages a month.
So... what can I do to fix the rollers (I guess) not pulling the paper through before the printing starts?
