@shadduzeeshu, Welcome to HP Support Community.

Thank you for posting your query, I will be glad to help you.

I'm sorry to hear that your printer has been having paper feed issues for over six months, I understand how frustrating that must be, especially after multiple service visits.

Let’s try to resolve this together. Please follow these steps to troubleshoot the paper feed issue:

Check the Paper Type and Condition

  • Use only clean, wrinkle-free paper that meets your printer’s specifications.
  • Avoid glossy, damp, or curled sheets.
  • Fan the stack of paper before loading to prevent sheets from sticking together.

Clean the Paper Feed Rollers

Dust and debris on the rollers can prevent paper from feeding properly.

  • Turn off the printer and unplug it.
  • Access the paper rollers (usually at the rear or inside the input tray).
  • Use a lint-free cloth lightly moistened with distilled water to clean the rollers.
  • Let them dry completely before plugging the printer back in.

Reset the Printer

Sometimes a simple reset can fix feed issues.

  • Turn off the printer.
  • Unplug the power cord from the printer and wall outlet.
  • Wait 60 seconds.
  • Plug it back in and turn it on.

Try a Printer Self-Test

This helps verify if the issue is mechanical or software-related.

  • On most HP printers, press and hold the Cancel and Copy Color buttons simultaneously.
  • The printer should print a test page. If it doesn’t feed paper, the issue is likely hardware-related.

Update Firmware and Drivers

Outdated firmware can cause unexpected behavior.

Check for Obstructions

  • Open all access doors and trays.
  • Look for any jammed paper, foreign objects, or broken parts inside.

I hope this helps.

Take care and have a good day.
