@shadduzeeshu, Welcome to HP Support Community.
Thank you for posting your query, I will be glad to help you.
I'm sorry to hear that your printer has been having paper feed issues for over six months, I understand how frustrating that must be, especially after multiple service visits.
Let’s try to resolve this together. Please follow these steps to troubleshoot the paper feed issue:
Check the Paper Type and Condition
- Use only clean, wrinkle-free paper that meets your printer’s specifications.
- Avoid glossy, damp, or curled sheets.
- Fan the stack of paper before loading to prevent sheets from sticking together.
Clean the Paper Feed Rollers
Dust and debris on the rollers can prevent paper from feeding properly.
- Turn off the printer and unplug it.
- Access the paper rollers (usually at the rear or inside the input tray).
- Use a lint-free cloth lightly moistened with distilled water to clean the rollers.
- Let them dry completely before plugging the printer back in.
Reset the Printer
Sometimes a simple reset can fix feed issues.
- Turn off the printer.
- Unplug the power cord from the printer and wall outlet.
- Wait 60 seconds.
- Plug it back in and turn it on.
Try a Printer Self-Test
This helps verify if the issue is mechanical or software-related.
- On most HP printers, press and hold the Cancel and Copy Color buttons simultaneously.
- The printer should print a test page. If it doesn’t feed paper, the issue is likely hardware-related.
Update Firmware and Drivers
Outdated firmware can cause unexpected behavior.
- Visit HP Software and Driver Downloads and enter your printer model.
- Download and install the latest firmware and drivers.
Check for Obstructions
- Open all access doors and trays.
- Look for any jammed paper, foreign objects, or broken parts inside.
I hope this helps.
Take care and have a good day.
