HP Recommended

Hello i have a Laserjet pro M118dw and she won't print anymore, says paperjam and or feed issues. printer unavailable. we had our tech guy come and look at her and he said ask here. its seems she doesn't recognize she has plenty of paper? anyone have any similar issues.. help:)
