I am trying to print a PDF file that has both letter and legal size documents, but when it prints the legal size, the paper jams every time. I have the letter size in tray 2, and the legal size in tray 1 (feeder tray). I did try putting the legal paper in tray 2 and the letter in tray 1, but it still jams when printing the legal size. I did set the paper to print to size in the advanced settings. Can someone tell me if I am doing something wrong? Do I need to use a page separator? I thought that since this printer has 2 trays, that I would be able to print a PDF document with both page sizes with no issues. That is one reason why I purchased this specific printer. Please help. Thanks!!

Did you configure the paper tray settings on the printer itself to legal?
