Product: HP LaserJet Pro 400 color Printer M451dn

When I go to the service menu and scroll down to pick roller, then tell it to rotate, I hear a turning sound but the roller is NOT rotating. What can I do to help this horrible situation. I have tried so many times, I lost count.

To confirm, you have the tray installed when you are trying to rotate the pick roller. If tray is not present that function does not work.
