Hi @Gun-91710,
Welcome to the HP Support Community.
Thank you for posting your query. I will be glad to help you.
If the document feeder (ADF) on your HP OfficeJet Pro 9014e All-in-One Printer isn't working, here are the steps to troubleshoot and resolve the issue:
1. Clean the ADF Rollers and Separator Pad
Dust or debris can prevent the feeder from grabbing paper.
- Turn off the printer and unplug it.
- Open the ADF cover.
- Use a lint-free cloth lightly dampened with distilled water.
- Gently clean the ADF rollers and separator pad.
- Let it dry for 2 minutes before closing the cover and powering the printer back on.
2. Reset the Printer
- Turn off the printer.
- Unplug it from the wall and wait 60 seconds.
- Plug it directly into a wall outlet (not a surge protector).
- Turn it back on.
3. Check for Paper Jams or Obstructions
- Open the ADF and check for any small bits of paper or debris.
- Make sure the paper is not curled, wrinkled, or too thick.
4. Use the Correct Paper Type
- Use plain, good-quality paper.
- Avoid glossy, damp, or previously printed paper.
5. Update Firmware and Drivers
- Visit the official HP support page for your printer:

I hope this helps.
Take care, and have an amazing day!
