Product: HP Color LaserJet Pro MFP M182nw

Printer is getting jammed and only printing a half page. Normal paper is fine, anything thicker is the issue. Has been working fine with no issues.

Does the paper type setting match the printed media type?  Where is the leading edge of paper stopping?  Is jammed paper damaged or does it just stop in printer?  Error codes displayed?

all in one pinter 3835 model, sl.No: [Personal Information Removed]. WARRANTY EXPIRED. PAPER NOT FEEDING, AND BY CHANCE FEEDED THAN ONLY ONE LINE IS PRINTED AND PAPER IS OUT
