@Tishieb2003, Welcome to the HP Support Community!

Thanks for reaching out about your query regarding printer not working!

We're thrilled to have the opportunity to assist you and provide a solution.

If your HP printer model 4152e is showing a "no paper" error message, here are a few steps you can take to diagnose and possibly fix the issue:

Check Paper Feed and Paper Tray

  1. Reload Paper: Remove the paper stack from the input tray of the printer. Check for any jammed or stuck paper. Re-stack the paper neatly and reload it in the tray, ensuring it's properly aligned.
  2. Adjust Paper Guides: Make sure the paper width guides are snug against the paper stack, but not too tight.

Check for Obstructions

  1. Look for Paper Jams: Open up the printer's access doors and check inside for any jammed paper or debris that might be blocking the paper path.

Run Diagnostics

  1. Printer Self-Test: Check if your printer can perform a self-test or alignment test to diagnose the issue. The printer's manual or support site can offer guidance on conducting these tests.

Confirm Settings

  1. Printer Preferences: On your computer, ensure that the printer settings match your paper size and type. Sometimes incorrect settings can cause confusion at the printer's end.

Software and Driver Check

  1. Driver Update: Ensure that your printer driver is up-to-date. You can check the HP Support website for the latest driver updates specific to your printer model.

Hope this helps!

Take care, and have an amazing day!
