@ankushbidwaik92, Welcome to HP Support Community,

Thank you for posting your query; I’m here to help by guiding you through steps to resolve this issue

Check Print Settings for Multiple Pages

Ensure the Page Range is set correctly and you are not accidentally selecting multiple pages to print.

Open the document or image you want to print.

Go to File > Print.

Select the HP Smart Tank 585 printer.

Click on Printer Properties or Preferences.

Check if Multiple Pages per Sheet is selected or any other setting that might cause the printer to print multiple pages. Make sure it is set to 1 page per sheet.

If using duplex printing (double-sided), make sure it’s set properly for the number of pages you want to print.

Click Apply and try printing again.

Update Printer Drivers

Outdated or incorrect drivers can sometimes cause printing issues like this.

Open Device Manager on your PC.

Expand the Printers section and right-click your HP Smart Tank 585 printer.

Click Update Driver and select Search automatically for updated driver software.

Alternatively, visit the HP Support website, download the latest drivers for your printer model, and install them.

Print a Test Page

You can try printing a test page directly from the printer to check if the problem lies with the printer or the specific document.

You may refer to this guide: HP Smart Tank Printers - Printing reports and self-test pages | HP® Support

I hope this helps.

Please feel free to reply here if you have any questions or if you need further clarification on any of the steps.

Take care and have a good day.
