HP OfficeJet Pro 9014e All-in-One Printer
Microsoft Windows 11

Hello,
My 9014e got out of order suddenly. Luckily within warranty. HP replaced the device with a new 9014e. All good and working.
What do I do with the defected old printer? return to HP? DoesHP have to take it back? Or throw away?
Thank you!

Best

Michael

The normal course is that you pack up the defective printer in the box that was sent to you and send it back. there should be a return prepaid label either in the box or in a envelope on the side of the box,. If you included, you should contact the same phone number you used to get the replacement printer and explain that you need a return slip.
