Product: HP LaserJet Pro MFP M428fdw
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 11

Printer say paper jam inside the printer.  There is no paper jam.  Have tried disconnecting the printer from power source and restarting.  Does not resolve the jam.  Have also vacumed the printer for debris.
