My HP ENVY Photo 6255 printer will print fine from my Samsung notebook with WIN 11. On my Dell laptop with WIN 10 it shows offline 95% of the time. I have removed and reinstalled it so many times i can't that high. the connect button won't work. it shows active on one page. it shows the ink level in the cartridges. It is sad you have to pay all of this money for things and you can't take it out of the box, load the printer drivers and it works fine. Now you to sign in somewhere so everybody can keep tabs on you. the printers should stay online all of the time unless the printer power is off. There is no troubleshooting instructions for this. It looks like every body else is having the same problems on all of the HP printers. I might have to try a different brand on my next purchase.

After a couple of hours I went an unchecked the box that allows windows to control the printer and removed the printer and reinstalled it. It is working OK now, it still shows the status as not connected but it has worked all day so it should be fine for now. I do appreciate you responding so quickly,
