Product: officejet pro 8935
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I just bought a ne officejet pro 8035 but it will not load cricut printable vinyl sheets.  constant paper jam I have tried numerous setting but nothing works  any suggestions

That printer model doesn't support printing on vinyl sheets, you are wasting your time and vinyl, you will hardly get it to work propperly.
