HP OfficeJet Pro 9015e All-in-One Printer
Microsoft Windows 11

I received a replacement for my 9015e that had the printhead jammed all the way to the right. The replacement came without a printhead and there is a tag telling me to transfer the printhead from the old unit and referenced instructions that were not in the box. So if I could actually get to the printhead assembly (jammed at the right end of the carriage) I wouldn't know how to remove it. Very frustrating and I can't get tech support on line now. Can anyone help?

This just happened to me this week too. I just received my replacement, but it's missing the print head and ink cartridges. I had to login and add the new replacement printer to my devices and then contact customer support via chat again.  I  had to reiterate that my carrier was stuck to the right and would not move, therefore I was not able to remove the printhead or ink cartridges, which is why a replacement was needed. I am supposed to receive a new print head and ink cartridges next week. So we shall see.
