printing on page irregular

When printing on card stock, after page one prints properly, all other pages are out of alignment.  How to correct?

Printer is clean, mechanically sound, and (still) able to load and use heavier paper.

What? 

Parts might be dirty, worn, loose, tight, old.

In general, it is difficult (or not worth) fixing "old" or "worn out".

Next check,

Paper Size & Type are selected / adjusted in Tray and Paper.

Tray and Paper settings are available on the printer control panel right after loading paper and in EWS.

EWS – Browser – Tray and Paper Management

Open your favorite browser > type / enter Printer IP address into URL / Address bar

Tab Settings > Preferences > Tray and Paper (Management)

Select / Adjust settings for Paper Size / Type

Click Apply to save changes
