Hi,  I'm trying to print avery 8168 labels. They print perfectly on plain paper but won't print on the label paper.  I changed the setting to card stock and it still won't work

Define will not print, does the media feed but print quality is low or does the paper not feed at all?

Hi- it’s as if it can’t pull the paper up enough to start the printing where it should.  I wonder if this particular label paper is too thick, even though I changed the paper stock to card stock and made sure I was printing actual size.
