HP Photosmart Plus All-in-One Printer - B209a
Chrome OS

rollers won't grab paper to print anything and I can't seem to get ahold of a real person for help.

I've tried cleaning the rollers, checking for debris inside the printer, re-loading the paper into the paper tray, checking the paper settings and printing a paper status report (which it will not).

it is making the noises as if it wants to work, everything seems to be turning - or at least moving - inside, but as I said. I think it is the rollers not grabbing/pulling.

Hi, thank you for the feedback. I've already been through all the steps in both of the documents you posted in your reply. I need to get contact information for HP Printer repair servicemen-women. Actual Humans. Or a way to start a claim and possibly send the printer somewhere to be serviced. I cannot fix it. I've tried!!
