Office jet Pro 9125e won't print says "out of paper"  it's NOT!

Hay PittsburghBob.....I bought a 9125e October 8, received it October 11, installed it October 12 and have been receiving this same error as you along with Offline errors.  It is not out of paper and it is connected to WiFi so it is not offline.  HP will probably give us the standard 'Power Drain' instructions.  But I can't see how it can fix the 'Out of Paper' error since I received it while attempting to print 4x6 photos.  I would print one and then get the Out of Paper error.  I found that I had to open the tray and push the paper up towards the feed since the paper moves back a bit.  I never had these kind of problems with the HP 6978 that I had for 6 years.  Also, when your 9125 printer power on does it sound like a washing machine going off balance???  My HP 6978 never sounded like that either.  What's the deal with this printer???
