Product: HP OfficeJet Pro 9015e All-in-One Printer
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 11
Single page documents are printing properly but they are not ejecting all the way out of the printer. And it does not happen all of the time. I have to pull it out a few inches to free it. I can hear the rollers turning when I do this. What do I need to look at first?
I have not had any paper jams recently. Generally, it has been working normally. This happens possibly 1 out of 8 times.
I have Win 11, latest revisions, no pending updates.
The last one which stuck was a Microsoft Word doc.
Thx Dave
