Product: M608 printer
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

My printer M608 was old one and it was printing fine until one day paper jamming started and after one print paper gets jammed. I tried everything from changing the roller to putting less paper but didn't work. Any solution which might work

What error code is thrown when the jam occurs? How many pages on the printer? Where does the jam occur? Is the paper crinkled or does the printer simply stop with paper in the path? The more details you can provide the more likely I can give you an answer that will solve your problem.

The error code is 13.b2.d2 and paper doesn't teared just stuck in the path, can you please tell me how to deal with this
